DAY # 7: A SUMMARY AND REVIEW
MEMORY VERSE: “But why do you call me ‘Lord, Lord’, and not do the things which I say.” Luke 6:46
Lordship is not a condition FOR salvation but a consequence OF salvation! We do not make Him Lord because He is already Lord. He has always been Lord and will always be Lord. Lordship is so important to God that one day everyone will bow the knee and confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. For some it will be not a confession of salvation but a confession of damnation. (see Philippians 2:9-11)
According to the Scriptures, Jesus is Lord over what?
How does a person evaluate Lordship in their life?
How important is obedience?
Real question to consider: is Jesus Christ the Lord of YOUR life, today?
What does the memory verse mean to you now that you have had a week to reflect upon and expand its truth?
JESUS IS LORD was the motto of the early church and will be for all eternity!
