 MAJOR ATTRIBUTES OF GOD  PART III

We have looked at 10 attributes of God thus far and what I have done is merely provide an overview with a brief definition of each of these attributes. Today we look at five more special characteristics/attributes of God. After today, we are going to go back and look at each of the attributes individually and discover their relevance and application to us.

Here are five more attributes of God:

God is good: He deals bountifully with all of His creatures.

God is gracious: He freely bestows salvation and redemption on undeserving sinners.

God is loving: He demonstrates selfless and sacrificial love for His children.

God is foreknowing: He has known and loved His people from eternity.

God is righteous in wrath: He loves purity and punishes impurity.

Who cares that the biblical God is good? Gracious? Loving? Foreknowing? Righteous in wrath?

I care and you should, too!  And we will explore why we should care as we continue our study.
